I cannot say enough about the staff at Gratitude Lodge. My husband went in for one month, and as a wife at home, 100's of miles away, my fear was that when he came back that he would want to return to his old habits. He came back a new man, back to his old self and has so much positive self esteem that our world has changed forever. Every time I called, I was greeted with a friendly voice and the support that I received was amazing. When someone goes through this, others go through it with them. The staff helped me in so many caring ways. Still to this day, they call and check on my husband to make sure he is doing well and if he needs anything at all. Gratitude Lodge was my saving grace after many months of battling complete hopelessness. My voice had been silenced so many times that I could barely speak when I got there. The path that led me to Gratitude was unique and complex but the entire staff treated me like I deserved to be there just as much as any of the other clients I was there with. Two years have passed and I can still name every single staff member who impacted my life for the better and exactly how they did so. Gratitude Lodge put people in my path that gave me the strength to speak up and fight for justice for the first time in my life. They provided me a safe space to be me no matter what that looked like- the beautiful messy and tear-filled chaos of falling apart- and I am forever grateful.

This was my first time at a treatment center and although it was amazing, it will also be my last time at one. I was given a second chance at life because of every individual that works at the facility. They are all very attentive, accepting, comforting, and motivating. If it wasn't for me having enough courage to get myself the help I needed, and them providing me with absolutely everything in means of sobriety, I can safely say that I don't know if I would have ever gotten clean.
